The mission of the School of Digital Public Administration

is to train leaders of the digital transformation of public administration who are able to effectively use innovative technologies to improve the quality of life of citizens.

Academic degree/title: Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor.

Education/Internships: A graduate of the Bolashak program, a graduate of the 500 Scientists program, she completed an internship at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh in the speciality “Strategy and Leadership in Higher Education Management Internship Program” Programme (EDINBURGH BUSINESS SCHOOL).

Expert activity:
1. Accredited Prince 2 Practitioner trainer.
2. Trainer-consultant on ST RK ISO 21500 “Project Management Manual”.
3. Certified leading specialist of PECB for the implementation of ISO 37001 “Anti Bribery Management Systems”.
4. Certificates: Global Innovation Management Institute (Level 3 Innovation Manager Certificate, Level 1 Innovation Associate Certificate), SCRUM-master (Украина), Certified IPMA Programme Director Level A.
5. Participates in grant and program-targeted financing, including as the head of the IRN grant AP23489668 “Development of a maturity model for project offices of state bodies in order to increase the share of successfully implemented state programs” for 2024-2026.
