Student wishing to transfer to another university, shall submit an application in any form for transfer to the rector of the university and, having received a written consent to transfer, sealed, applies to the head of the university of interest;
Copies of the transcript signed by the Rector and the office of the Registrar and sealed and the application addressed to the Rector of the university (with the Rector’s signature and seal) are attached to the application for transfer in the name of the head of the receiving university;
In accordance with the visas of dean of faculty, office-registrar, the order of rector of university on transfer of student is issued. Head of the university where the student is transferred to, within three working days from the date of issue of the order sends a written request to the university for sending his personal file. Request shall be accompanied by a copy of the order on transfer of the student.
After receiving such a request, the rector’s order on transfer with the wording “transferred to (name of the university)” is issued and within three working days from the date of issuing the order on transfer the Academic Department sends the student’s personal file to the host university. University keeps a copy of the transcript and an inventory of the documents to be transferred.

On the basis of the submitted documents, the dean determines the difference between the disciplines in the curricula and determines the year of study in accordance with the pre-requisites studied;
Office of the Registrar carries out the recalculation of the assimilated credits in accordance with the educational program and approves the individual study plan of the student;
In accordance with the visas of the dean of the faculty, the office of the Registrar, the order of the Rector of the university about the enrollment according to the government educational order (in the presence of the certificate about the awarding of the government grant) or on a paid basis is issued, and within three working days from the date of the issue of the order the written request is sent to the university about the transfer of the personal file of the student. The request shall be accompanied by a copy of the order on transfer of the student.
After receiving such an order the rector’s order on transfer from the university is issued with the wording “transferred to (name of the university)” and within three working days from the date of issuing the order on transfer the personal file of the student is sent to the address of the receiving university. University keeps a copy of the transcript and an inventory of the documents to be sent.
In order to arrange academic vacation, the student submits an application to the rector of the university.
1) conclusion of the Medical Advisory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “MAC”) at the out-patient organization for the period from 6 to 12 months due to illness;
2) decisions of the Centralized Medical Advisory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “CMAC”) of the antituberculosis organization in case of tuberculosis illness for a period not exceeding 36 months;
3) summons for military service;
4) birth, adoption or adoption of a child up to the age of three years.
– After taking an academic vacation, a student submits an application to the rector and submits a certificate of health status from the health care organization that has observed the patient, with a conclusion on the possibility of continuing education on this EP – when the student is on academic vacation due to illness.
– When a student returns from an academic vacation, he or she continues his or her studies from the course from which the vacation was taken.
– In the event that the date of the academic vacation or leave does not coincide with the beginning or end of the academic period, the student on an individual schedule performs all academic tasks and scores points required for the admission rating, or is recorded in the summer semester for the disciplines for which there was a difference.
