As part of the celebration of the anniversary of our university, visits were made by delegations from three partner universities: Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Germany), Xi’an Jiaotong University (China), Halic University (Turkey). These visits are an important step in strengthening international cooperation and exchange of experience in the field of education and scientific research.
The delegations were headed by: Stephan Weyers – Vice-Rector for Study and Teaching of the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Hong Jun – Vice-President of Xi’an Jiaotong University, Nihat Inanc – Rector of Halic University.
During the visit, presentations were made on various aspects of cooperation. During the meetings, the prospects for implementing joint projects, exchange programs for students and teachers, as well as the possibilities of conducting scientific research and opening joint educational programs were discussed. The universities expressed a desire to deepen cooperation and develop partnerships.
In addition to official meetings, the guests also visited the Astana IT University campus and got acquainted with its infrastructure.
Visits of delegations from foreign partner universities became important events within the anniversary celebrations and served to strengthen friendly and professional ties between our educational institutions.
