Managing complexity in explorative organization: UN in Kazakhstan

At the end of the academic year, the ‘Let’s Talk’ rubric was closed with a lecture by the UN Resident Coordinator for Kazakhstan Ms. Michaela Friberg-Story. There were discussed sustainable development issues and also was focused on the processes of digitalization:

• Enhancing access to basic services;

• Fostering economic growth and decent work;

• Strengthening environmental monitoring and conservation;

• Enhancing Governance and etc.

By practicing guest meetings, students gain practical knowledge about global trends, learn the personal experience of the speaker’s leadership skills, expand their networking and learn to reflect on a given topic during discussions.
