On March 31, 2023, representatives of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Russia), namely, Mr. Ivan Prostakov, First Deputy Director of the Higher School of Business at the National Research University Higher School of Economics and Mr. Armen Beklaryan, Academic Supervisor of the Master’s Program in Business Analytics & Big Data Systems paid visit to Astana IT University.
During the meeting, Mr. Danil Lebedev, Vice-Rector for Digitalization of Astana IT University, demonstrated a brief presentation of the university, and also proposed wishes on the main areas of cooperation between the two institutions.
The Russian side announced the main areas of possible cooperation between AITU and the Higher School of Economics. Thus, the parties agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding in the areas of mutual academic mobility of students and teaching staff. Representatives of the Higher School of Economics also expressed their readiness to cooperate in holding joint events.
