Procurement department

The main task of the Department is to carry out procurement activities for “Astana IT University” LLP.

The procurement Department’s activities are aimed at solving the following tasks:

  • Participation in the development of draft legal acts, contracts, and other procurement documents falling within its competence;
  • Coordination and implementation of procurement to ensure the sustainable functioning of AITU;
  • Ensuring the accounting and registration of internal regulatory documents applicable to AITU’s activities;
  • Monitoring the performance of contractors’ obligations under previously concluded contracts;
  • Procurement implementation;
  • Formation of a framework for integrity and corruption prevention within AITU.
