Procurement department

The main task of the Department is to carry out procurement activities for “Astana IT University” LLP.

Participation in the development of draft legal acts, contracts, and other procurement documents falling within its competence;
Coordination and implementation of procurement to ensure the sustainable functioning of AITU;
Ensuring the accounting and registration of internal regulatory documents applicable to AITU’s activities;
Monitoring the performance of contractors’ obligations under previously concluded contracts;
Procurement implementation;
Formation of a framework for integrity and corruption prevention within AITU.
