Project Objective: to develop a hybrid model to study the impact of known factors of technology adoption and ethical factors of artificial intelligence on user trust and positive attitude towards artificial intelligence, as well as to develop a decision-making model for agribusiness that will assess the capabilities of enterprises in detecting and preventing fraud when using electronic payments.

Preliminary results:

  • Conducted a comprehensive analysis of methods for developing a multi-criteria decision-making tool that can be used to assess the organizational readiness of an enterprise to detect and prevent fraud;
  • Studied theories and models of technology implementation and their limitations; reviewed previous studies related to the application of models and theories in the implementation of artificial intelligence in e-commerce by both individuals and organizations;
  • Developed a multi-criteria decision-making tool that can be used to assess the organizational readiness of an enterprise to combat fraud;
  • Conducted a preliminary validation of the multi-criteria decision-making tool using quantitative analysis and mathematical formulas.​
