The main direction of the EP:
The program is aimed at training specialists in modeling production processes based on mathematical statistics and data analysis, who have solid fundamental knowledge of mathematics and applied methods based on computational technologies.

The purpose of the microqualification EP is
Formation of students’ skills in the correct application of mathematical statistics methods to various applied tasks, as well as providing students with a full-fledged set of statistical knowledge necessary for the successful application of a powerful statistical analysis tool.

Tasks of microqualification EP:
– to form a holistic understanding of the principles of mathematical statistics and analysis among students;
– to instill the skills of conscious and rational use of modern software tools in professional activities to solve specific tasks.

RO 1. Know the methods of analysis, systematization, presentation and generalization of data by applying a set of methods in solving specific tasks;
RO 2. Use statistical methods to solve specific problems;
RO 3. Be able to competently and correctly prepare data for statistical analysis;
RO 4. Have the skills to choose and use methods of statistical processing
and data analysis;
RO 5. Possess technologies of analysis and statistical data processing using MS Excel and Wolfram Mathematica application software packages.
