The guest of the weekly ‘Let’s Talk’ rubric was Ambassador of the European Union to Kazakhstan His Excellency Kestutis JANKAUSKAS.
During the guest lecture, general issues and quality management were considered:
-> how this affects interaction with the external environment;
-> the definition of policies and plans
-> the process of making strategic and operational decisions on quality.
At the end of the lecture, the team of the European Union Delegation conducted a blitz quiz and raffled 10 gifts among the students.
This guest meeting takes place within the framework of the ‘Quality Management’ course and contributes to obtaining practical information about the personal experience of a manager from various departments and sectors of our market.
