Goal: Improving the quality of the content of educational programs of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the demand for their graduates in the labor market by developing an intelligent system based on a graph model and computer processing of natural language, which is a digital technology for integrating professional standards with the process of forming educational programs, taking into account the mutual influence of the studied disciplines and the formed competencies.

Project results:

  • An information model for the formation of a corpus of documents and a database of professional competencies of an intelligent system has been developed.
  • A digital model of semantic comparison of entities of various documents of educational and professional content has been developed based on statistical analysis of texts and approaches to automatic generation of keywords for the accurate identification of relevant disciplines of the educational program with labor market requirements without labor-intensive processing and adaptation of knowledge bases.
  • A method for obtaining an oriented graph for determining the sequence of studied disciplines by pairwise comparison of linearly related features of the weight matrix using document clustering methods, methods of statistical analysis of text data and the method of topological sorting depending on the content of the working curricula of the discipline has been developed.
  • During the implementation of the project, articles were published in the journals of the KOKNVO MNVO RK – 3, in the peer-reviewed scientific journal of the Scopus database – 2.
