Project objectives:

Systematization of advanced experience in the implementation of risk management in foreign and domestic higher education.
Development of a concept for building risk management in universities in Kazakhstan.
Pilot implementation of risk management in a university in Kazakhstan.

Research methods:

Methods of scientific analysis.
Methods of comparative analysis and design of the main documents on risk management in the university.
Methods of extrapolation of best practices and generalization.
Methods of testing risk management mechanisms.

Project result

A concept for building risk management at the university has been developed
