As a result of the project, the following were developed:
new methods to increase the efficiency of forming multi-university scientific and educational communities based on assessments of the productivity of collective and individual scientific subjects.
methods for forming subject scientific spaces based on cluster analysis of the parameters of the model for identifying a scientist as a subject of scientific activity and based on latent semantic analysis.
methods for quantitative assessment and evaluation of the nature of the development of the productivity of subjects of scientific activity taking into account self-citation in the relevant subject scientific spaces.
methods for using a set of methods and models of scientometric analysis to determine and optimize the structure of multi-university scientific communities, as well as their implementation in the international scientific community.
