On 14–15 August, within the framework of the 89th IFLA World Library and Information Congress, the international conference “Artificial Intelligence and Bibliographic Control: Opening New Horizons” was held. The event brought together around 70 participants, including library and information science experts from the United States, the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Korea, Singapore, and Egypt. The conference provided an opportunity to explore leading international practices in the application of artificial intelligence in library activities, strengthen professional ties with international colleagues, and lay the foundation for further international cooperation.
