Department of legal support and procurement

The main task of the department is to ensure compliance with the rule of law in the activities of Astana IT University LLP and procurement.

1) ensuring control over compliance with the rule of law in the activities of AITU, all its structural units;

2) protection and representation of AITU’s interests in judicial and other state bodies;

3) ensuring the accounting and registration of internal regulatory documents used in the activities of AITU;

4) implementation of the development, accounting, registration of contracts of an administrative and civil nature AITU;

5) implementation of legal expertise of normative legal acts and draft agreements and decisions of AITU;

6) preparation of a claim to counterparties in case of violation of contractual obligations by them;

7) monitoring the fulfillment by counterparties of obligations under previously concluded contracts;

8) participation in the development and implementation of AITU’s strategic objectives within its competence;

9) procurement.
