The mobility period: February 2026 to June/July 2026 (5 months)
Required documents:
· the official transcript;
· current language certificate, at least B2: (IELTS, TOEFL);
· medical certificate (for traveling abroad) №072/У;
· a copy of the passport (photo page);
· Letter of recommendation;
· an agreed (signed) individual study plan (ISP)*;
· Certificates/diplomas/ letters of appreciation received during the period of study at the university;
· if there is a certificate of social benefits (belonging directly to the applicant himself). Official documentation showing degree and nature of special needs/disadvantaged economic background (if applicable);
· Motivation letter;
*To select courses, you must go to your Department of the Educational Program and choose appropriate courses to study at a foreign partner university. The signed Individual Study Plan (ISP) must be submitted to the Department of International Cooperation, room C1.2.370.
Deadline: November 9, 2025
Aid funds from the European Union under this call include:
- An aid to cover subsistence expenses: 850 EUR a month for students.
- An aid to help cover travel expenses. travel funding per participant is 1.188€
- Provisions for Participants with fewer opportunities: participants who can provide official documentation showing fewer opportunities will receive an additional amount of 250€ a month. Participants should declare this fact and include the corresponding documents when submitting their applications.
When selecting applicants for study under the mobility program with equal scores, the advantage is given to:
1) applicants with high GPA;
2) applicants with a high score in a foreign language;
3) orphans or students left without parental care;
4) students with special needs;
5) applicants from multi-child families.
