Application Submission
Applications from doctoral applicants are accepted by the admissions committees of higher education institutions and through the information system of the National Testing Center (app.testcenter.kz) from July 3 to August 3 of the calendar year.

Entrance examinations for doctoral programs are conducted from August 4 to August 20 of the calendar year. When submitting an application, the applicant indicates one higher education institution and one group of educational programs.
List of Documents
1. Application form (in free format);
2. Thee original of the document of education (to be submitted to the admissions committee);
3. Identity document (for personal identification purposes);
4. Official certificate of state language proficiency (KAZTEST), issued by the National Testing Center (NTC), except for foreign citizens;
5. Certificate confirming foreign language proficiency (for applicants to the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program):
6. Medical certificate in electronic format (Form No. 075/u), approved by Order No. ҚР ДСМ-175/2020. In cases of restrictive measures, the introduction of a state of emergency, the occurrence of social, natural and man-made emergencies in a certain territory, a medical certificate is provided directly to the educational organization as these measures are lifted;
7. Six 3x4cm photos;
8. A document confirming employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the exception of foreign citizens;
9. A list of scientific publications for the last 3 calendar years (if available), a research plan;
Applications that do not include the full set of required documents will not be accepted by the Admissions Committee.
Admission to doctoral studies is carried out from August 15th to August 28th of the calendar year.
