• Forms an idea of the integrity of the methodology of scientific research in the field of project management in the context of digital transformation and develops the competencies necessary for conducting research, writing scientific theses and disseminating the research results among stakeholders and the international research community.
• Has the skills of analytical processing of scientific texts in the information space.
• Has a functional style of scientific oral and written speech and applies rhetorical and semantic aspects in writing scientific texts.
• Uses the methodological foundations of research, applies research methods and modern information technology systems to carry out research in project management in the digital economy.
• Develops the skills of conducting a comprehensive research project on an interdisciplinary basis.
• Uses quantitative and qualitative methods to conduct research in the field of project management.
• Identifies the reason for the use of certain methods of flexible and hybrid project management in companies that produce technological products and technological services, explains the specifics of the choice of approaches to project management, characterizes approaches taking into account the culture of the organization, processes and specifics of projects.
• Substantiates the methodological base of models, methods and tools of project management, taking into account the concept of sustainable development and software.
• Owns the methodology of standards and basic competencies for project management, demonstrates knowledge of the terminology base of standards and basic competencies in project management.
• Owns the theoretical and practical basis of the transformation process of the organization in the field of digitalization and information technology.
• Has knowledge and skills of financial analysis, selection of methods of analysis and risk assessment of organizations in the context of digital transformation.
