About the college
The College of Information Technology provides opportunities for early professional orientation, obtaining a profession, employment, or further continuation of studies at a university within the system of continuous education.
Upon graduation, students receive a state-recognized diploma. Based on this diploma, graduates can continue their education at Astana IT University, as well as at universities in Kazakhstan and abroad in related fields of study.

The qualification "Software Developer" is aimed at training specialists who can create, test, and maintain software products. The training includes the study of all stages of the software life cycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, and refactoring.
Upon completion of the program, the student will have acquired the following competencies:
Creation of web interfaces and modules using HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js for front-end and back-end development

The "Database Administrator Technician" qualification trains specialists to manage, configure, and maintain databases, ensuring their reliability, security, and optimal performance. The training program covers all aspects of database administration, from configuring network and hardware software to monitoring and system optimization.
Upon completion of the program, the student will have acquired the following competencies:
As a result of the training, the student acquires the following competencies: knowledge of the basics of electronics and microprocessor technology, which helps to understand the architecture of the equipment and its interaction with databases. Skills in managing the hardware and software components necessary to support the operation of the database.

Exams are not required.
Admission is based on a competitive selection, according to the grades in the certificate for compulsory and profile subjects.
