Public Services

The college carries out its activities in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical and vocational, post-secondary education.

Within the framework of public services, the college provides the following types of services to students and citizens:
• Provision of dormitory accommodation to students in technical and vocational education organizations.
• Issuance of duplicate documents on technical and vocational education.
• Acceptance of documents to organizations of technical and vocational, post-secondary education.
• Transfer and reinstatement of students in educational organizations implementing educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education.
• Transfer of students between educational organizations.
• Reinstatement of students who have interrupted their studies.
• Issuance of a certificate to persons who have not completed technical and vocational, post-secondary education.
• Granting academic leave to students in educational organizations.
• Provision of free meals to certain categories of citizens, as well as to students and pupils under guardianship (custodianship) and patronage.
