The competition is aimed at recognizing, encouraging, and supporting AITU faculty members who demonstrate outstanding achievements in academic and teaching excellence, as well as educational and methodological activities.
The competition is designed to:
• enhance the quality of the educational process at Astana IT University;
• strengthen the University’s academic and professional capacity;
• encourage professional growth and academic engagement among faculty members;
• support the implementation of innovative teaching methods and digital educational solutions;
• reinforce the academic reputation of the University at both national and international levels.

Who Can Participate
The competition is open to full-time faculty members of Astana IT University who:
• are employed on a full-time basis;
• have worked at the University for at least one academic year;
• do not have any active disciplinary sanctions.

Required Documents
To participate in the competition, applicants must submit the following documents:
1. An application form for participation in the competition

2. A participant information sheet certified by the Department of Human Resources
3. Supporting materials and evidence based on the qualitative and quantitative evaluation criteria for applicants
4. A recommendation from the School, including:
• an extract from the School meeting recommending the candidate for participation in the competition;
• a reference letter from the School Director;
5. A copy of an identification document.

Competition Results
Winners of the competition will receive:
• winner certificates;
• commemorative gifts;
• MONETARY PRIZES.
The competition results will be announced during the celebration of Higher Education Workers’ Day and published on the official Astana IT University website and social media platforms.
