Living in the university residence halls offers not only comfortable conditions, but also an active and vibrant student life.
Applications for accommodation in the dormitory are accepted only through the My DU application from August 20 to 24, 2026. Detailed instructions on how to submit an application will be available in August 2026.

3 types of rooms:
Double room, triple room, quadruple room.
Out-of-town students are provided with three types of rooms: double, triple, and quadruple. Each room is equipped with beds, work desks, and closets. The size of the room varies depending on the type.
Specially equipped kitchens and dining room are available for the students. Cooking is allowed only in the kitchen, which are equipped with refrigerators, electric stoves, an oven, an exhaust cabinet, a microwave and a kitchen headset.
Training rooms, rest rooms, laundry rooms equipped with automatic washing machines, drying and ironing rooms are provided for the comfort of accommodation for students.
Also in all residential complexes, access to the Internet through a wifi network is provided.
Favorable social and living conditions, meaningful leisure time, order and discipline in the University Residence Halls, student self-organization and the support of eduizers are important factors in the successful social and psychological adaptation of students to the conditions of study at the University.
Orphans and students with disabilities are provided with free accommodation in the residential premises of the university, which is an important factor in the adaptation of the student. For students from families eligible to receive targeted social assistance, as well as students from families not receiving state targeted social assistance, in which the average per capita income is below the subsistence minimum, a -20% discount is provided.

Allocation of places in the AITU Student Houses
According to the Rules for the allocation of places in dormitories of higher and (or) postgraduate education organizations (approved by Order No. 219 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.12.2022), the competition committee allocates places in the AITU Student Houses taking into account the grounds and order of priority in the following sequence:
1) orphans and children left without parental care, as well as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from among young people who lost their parents or were left without parental care before reaching adulthood, persons with disabilities of the first or second group, persons with disabilities since childhood, and children with disabilities;
