Preparation of necessary information and document packages for students applying for vacant educational grants that become available during the course of higher education;

Preparation of necessary information and document packages for graduates, printing and registration of higher and/or postgraduate education diplomas;

Registration/deregistration of male employees and students for military service records;

Timely provision of the public service «Issuance of duplicate diplomas and their supplements» to former university graduates;

Preparation and filing of personal records of graduates and expelled students for transfer to the university archive under official records;

Accounting of strict reporting forms;

Issuance of certificates to students.
