Project Objective
Development of automatic segmentation of optical coherence tomography (OCT) images
Three-dimensional reconstruction of segmented images
Creation of a 3D eye model
Results
An algorithm for automatic segmentation of CT images has been developed.
A total of 120 OCT images of the human eye were processed automatically.
An automated algorithm for three-dimensional reconstruction of morphological features of the optic nerve head (ONH) has been developed, enabling rapid determination of depth and volume parameters of the ONH structure.
A three-dimensional model of the eyeball has been constructed.
