Project Abstract
Development of an applied system for improving methodological competence aimed at enhancing the pedagogical training of IT discipline instructors. The system covers all stages — from initial training and professional development to forecasting future competencies and providing continuous post-course support.

Project Objective
Development and implementation of a system for enhancing methodological competence that enables improvement of the general pedagogical training of IT discipline instructors through rational forecasting and management of their professional development.
Research methods – theoretical (terminological and cluster analysis), socio-pedagogical (forecasting and modeling), empirical (questionnaires, interviews, testing, analysis of activity products, expert evaluation, experiment), mixed methods of research (integration of quantitative and qualitative research methods), interpretative.

Results Obtained and Novelty
1. The causes of low methodological competence among IT discipline instructors have been identified;
2. A concept for the development of methodological competence of IT discipline instructors has been developed;
3. A system for forecasting and continuous support of methodological competence development, taking into account the specifics of IT disciplines, has been developed and implemented;
4. An applied information system for course-based and post-course support of IT discipline instructors has been developed;
5. Level-based standards have been developed and implemented based on the professional standard “Teacher”;
6. An educational program for advanced training courses aimed at developing methodological competence of IT discipline instructors has been developed and implemented.
All research results have been published in the form of 1 monograph, 4 articles in scientific journals with a percentile above 35 in the Scopus database, 6 articles in journals included in the list of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2 articles in scientific journals of Kazakhstan, and 1 conference paper indexed in Scopus. Additionally, 1 certificate of registration in the State Register of Copyrighted Objects has been obtained.
