Procurement department
The procurement Department’s activities are aimed at solving the following tasks:
· Participation in the development of draft legal acts, contracts, and other procurement documents falling within its competence;
· Coordination and implementation of procurement to ensure the sustainable functioning of AITU;
· Ensuring the accounting and registration of internal regulatory documents applicable to AITU’s activities;
· Monitoring the performance of contractors’ obligations under previously concluded contracts; Procurement implementation;
· Formation of a framework for integrity and corruption prevention within AITU.
