Winners of the iCode 2026 Programming Olympiad Announced at Astana IT University
On June 6, Astana IT University hosted the final, third stage of the iCode 2026 Programming Olympiad for students in grades 9–12 from across Kazakhstan.
The Olympiad is held to promote IT disciplines among school students, identify talented learners at an early stage, and foster interest in information technology among the younger generation of Kazakhstan.
On the day of the final, participants completed registration and solved the competition tasks of the final stage. The students also took part in a campus tour and attended a presentation on the educational opportunities offered by Astana IT University.
Following the results of the final stage, five participants were awarded the Astana IT University Rector’s Grant:
• Shalgynbay Ramazan
• Smoilov Salokhiddin Elyarovich
• Kairulayev Aziz Serikovich
• Adilzhan Salamat
• Azamat Madiuly Beksultanov
The event concluded with an award ceremony honoring the winners.
