The goal of the Digital Public Administration program is Training of highly qualified specialists capable of applying digital technologies and modern management approaches to improve the efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of public and local administration.

Learning outcomes
- Analyze independently the processes and phenomena occurring in modern society; articulate one's thoughts in a reasoned manner both orally and in writing; apply acquired knowledge in professional contexts; utilize innovative and alternative approaches to solving professional tasks
- To master Kazakh/Russian and foreign language at the level allowing to carry out basic types of speech activity; various methods of oral and written communication; skills of adequate response in situations of everyday, academic and professional communication
- Apply digital public administration and e-government technologies; plan and implement IT projects, including the development of digital products, formulation of business requirements, and management of project teams; possess entrepreneurial thinking skills, and develop and promote innovative projects for their implementation in the context of the digital economy
- Analyze the fundamental principles of working with data; interpret the results of analysis using modern tools at a basic level, including programming skills, mathematical and statistical methods for solving data analysis tasks
- Analyze public administration and management processes; make well-founded managerial decisions using analytical methods, consider social, psychological, and ethical aspects, as well as organize effective communications
- Analyze big data to extract objective information about socio-economic and political processes; apply analytics, machine learning, and econometrics methods for decision-making in management; evaluate the effectiveness of public and local programs
- Apply modern approaches of expert-analytical technologies in the field of public administration; evaluate the quality and reliability of big data in the analytical process; analyze data using methods of intelligent analysis; design solutions based on data analysis results for addressing management tasks; argue the selection of project management methods and tools in the context of public programs and initiatives
- Analyze and evaluate the use of financial resources to ensure the efficiency of management; apply the principles of strategic IT management and auditing in various organizational contexts; design team interaction processes and project implementation using Agile methods; justify the selection of management decisions when organizing the work of distributed teams
- Apply management technologies for state and local finances, state and local property, as well as procurement for state and local needs; evaluate the efficiency of resource utilization within public administration; analyze the conditions and consequences of implementing changes in the public sector; use change management tools to adapt to transformations; justify the selection of strategies and approaches to enhance the effectiveness of public administration
- Apply artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) methods for data analysis in the field of public administration; use research tools in the process of decision-making; evaluate the potential of blockchain technologies to enhance transparency and accountability; design solutions based on design thinking principles to effectively address management challenges; develop competencies in information security and manage IT risks in the context of digital transformation
