Department of Human Resources Management
The task of the department
Ensuring compliance with the rule of law in the activities of Astana IT University LLP, as well as ensuring the management of personnel records and accounting, the development of a personnel management system.
Functions of the Department
1) ensuring the implementation of AITU personnel policy;
2) organization and holding of competitions for filling vacant positions in AITU;
3) development and/or participation in the development of regulations governing the recruitment of personnel;
4) organization of work on the development of regulations and job descriptions of AITU structural units;
5) participation in the development and/or develops and implements the rules of motivation, material and non-material incentives for employees, updating and improving the system of remuneration of employees;
6) development and implementation of the Internal Labor Regulations of AITU employees;
7) implementation of planning and organization of training of AITU employees;
8) organization of personnel performance assessment;
9) development and implementation of regulatory documents on personnel management in AITU;
10) ensures compliance with the provisions and norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues related to labor relations;
11) registration of admission, dismissal, relocation of AITU employees, vacations, application of disciplinary penalties and other necessary established personnel documentation;
12) maintenance of filling, storage of workbooks of AITU employees;
13) preparation and issuance of documents confirming the work activity of an AITU employee;
14) drawing up vacation schedules and monitoring its compliance;
15) registration and accounting of business trips;
16) ensuring the accounting of working hours, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
