
Department of Facilities and Operations
The main task of the Department
- Maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment (heating, power supply, water supply, ventilation systems, etc.)
- Planning, organization, and supervision of current and major repair works at university facilities
- Ensuring the security of facilities and the safety of university property
- Monitoring compliance within its competence with sanitary and epidemiological regulations, fire safety rules, and occupational safety standards, as well as taking timely measures in case of identified violations
- Participation in the preparation and implementation of management decisions related to the operational support of the university
- Monitoring and ensuring uninterrupted operation in student residences and the residential complex (RC)
- Planning, organization, and supervision of current and major repair works at university facilities
- Ensuring the security of facilities and the safety of university property

- Planning of current and major repairs of buildings, heating, electricity, water supply, ventilation systems, and other facilities, as well as preparation of estimates for operational expenses
- Implementation of fire safety and anti-epidemic measures
- Participation in the inventory of buildings, premises, and equipment to monitor their preservation and technical condition
- Repair of premises and quality control of repair works
- Planning of current and major repairs of buildings, heating, electricity, water supply, ventilation systems, and other facilities, as well as preparation of estimates for operational expenses
