Application Requirements
- Being a full-time student enrolled in a program of a AITU, in the relevant departments and degree,
 - For Bachelor students; having minimum Grade Point Average 2.20/4.00
 - The minimum foreign language proficiency level is B2 (Intermediate)
 - Having at least 30 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) or equivalent study load per semester (Students who have not fulfilled the requirements for graduation yet)
 
How to Apply?
To apply, study the video instructions (attached) and fill in your personal information and upload the necessary documents:
· Erasmus+ KA171 Incoming Student Application Form;
· the official transcript;
· current language certificate, at least B2: (IELTS, TOEFL);
· medical certificate (for traveling abroad) №072/У;
· a copy of the passport (photo page);
· Letter of recommendation;
· an agreed (signed) individual study plan (ISP)*;
· Certificates/diplomas/ letters of appreciation received during the period of study at the university;
· if there is a certificate of social benefits (belonging directly to the applicant himself). Official documentation showing degree and nature of special needs/disadvantaged economic background (if applicable);
· Motivation letter;
· CV.

To select courses, you must go to your Department of the Educational Program and choose appropriate courses to study at a foreign partner university. The signed Individual Study Plan (ISP) must be submitted to the Department of International Cooperation, room C1.2.370.
Grant Payments
- Nominated students will receive a grant of EUR 800 per month for 4 months during the period of study mobility. The travel support grant is calculated as EUR 580 based on the distance between the two cities. Students must document their travel plan.
 - Eramus+ exchange student who will be hosted in BAU must fill out the grant agreement upon their arrival. Students who do not have a grant contract are not paid a grant. 70% of the student’s total grant payment is transferred to the Euro account after the student arrives at our university.
 - In order for Erasmus+ exchange students to receive their remaining grants (30%), they must pass at least 2/3 of the courses stated in their learning agreements and submit all after mobility documents that BAU requests.
 
When selecting applicants for study under the mobility program with equal scores, the advantage is given to:
   1)applicants with high GPA;
   2)applicants with a high score in a foreign language;
   3)orphans or students left without parental care;
   4)students with special needs;
   5) applicants from multi-child families.
