On Holding a Competition for Awarding Vacant Educational Grants
In accordance with the Rules for the Award of Educational Grants for Higher or Postgraduate Education with the conferment of the degrees “Bachelor” or “Master”, approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 443 dated August 25, 2023, and for the purpose of ensuring the rational and fair distribution of vacant educational grants, a competition for the allocation of vacant educational grants for the 2025/2026 academic year is hereby announced.

Deadlines and Procedure for Submitting Documents
The submission of applications is open until December 30, 2025.
Documents must be submitted in person to the corresponding School of Educational Programs.
Documents submitted after the deadline or incomplete will not be accepted for participation in the competition.

The following are not eligible to participate in the competition:
Students with academic debts based on the results of the examination session;
Students holding citizenship of another country;
Students transferred or reinstated during the competition period (except in cases where vacant grants are available for the given educational program);
Students transferred or reinstated from foreign universities who do not have an UNT/CT certificate.
Students transferred from other universities on a paid basis may participate in the competition for vacant educational grants that became available during the process of obtaining higher education, provided there is no academic discrepancy.
