Request for the acquisition of literature

For the purpose of forming the Astana IT University library collection for the 2026–2027 academic year, requests for the acquisition of educational literature are being accepted.

To ensure the educational process with relevant and high-quality sources, we kindly ask you to take part in compiling the list of required publications.

Before filling out the request, we recommend checking the availability of the required literature in the library’s electronic catalog and reviewing the publishers’ price lists available in the relevant section of the website.
Important:
– requests are accepted until May 1, 2026;
– Kazakhstani and Russian publishers usually accept orders with a minimum print run of 10–25 copies of one title;
– the final list is formed taking into account priority, budget, and coordination with the directors of the Schools of Educational Programs.

Requirements for completing the request:
– all fields of the form must be completed;
– full bibliographic data of the publication must be indicated (author, title, publisher, year of publication, ISBN);
– the discipline, educational program, level of study, and the required number of copies must be specified;
– it is mandatory to indicate the type of literature (educational, teaching-methodological, scientific), since each discipline must be provided with the relevant types of literature;
