China, Taiwan, USA, Portugal. Development of a family of DDR SDRAM components (80 nm CMOS). Management of R&D, production, quality and customer issues.

2005 – 2006 – Infineon Technologies Ltd., Xi’an, P.R. China, Manager ASIC & Design Solutions department, build-up of the department and business unit in China: disciplinary and budget responsibility, project management for the projects in Xi’an. Development of a voice recognition processor (UniLite, 130 nm CMOS) in cooperation with Tsinghua university. FPGA development.

2004 – 2006 – Infineon Technologies Ltd., Xi’an, P.R. China, Project Office Manager, build-up of a R&D center: project setup, resource planning, project leader development, project planning and controlling, risk management. Focus on communication products, e.g. GSM and DECT processors.
